Thanks for shopping with us. We really appreciate your loyalty and want to make sure you're absolutely satisfied. We know how big of a bummer it is when you get the wrong size or color and a store won't accept the item for return or exchange. So we've gone out of our way to craft a nice little return policy for you to read below, if you still have questions after you've read through it feel free to call or email us. We want to make sure you're happy.
We are happy to return or exchange merchandise within the following guidelines:
The merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. After 14 days, a store credit is issued. We will not accept any returns after 28 days of receipt. Returns arriving without a Return Authorization number will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Tags must still be attached and the merchandise must be in the original packaging.
Items must be in “NEW” condition (No odors, hair, tears, or other signs of wear). Our online return policy does not apply to purchases at our brick and mortar locations. *We make the final call whether the merchandise is returnable or not. If merchandise is determined to be damaged or used we will return it to you at your expense.
No returns on sale items.
No returns on international orders due to US Customs Regulations.Return Options:
Exchange: First Stop Boarn Barn can exchange your item for another item. You are responsible for return postage back to First Stop Board Barn.
*Please note: To ensure that you receive the item you wish to exchange for we encourage you to reorder that item, as we cannot always guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for upon the arrival of your return.
Account Credit: You may return your item for in-store (online) credit. By doing so, we will waive re-stocking fees. Original shipping charges will not be credited to your account. Account credit never expires!
Refund: You may return the item for an immediate credit back to your credit card. You will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee & any original shipping charges. (See Return Shipping Costs below)
Canceled Orders: All orders canceled by the customer after shipment will have a 10% restocking fee subtracted from their refund amount and any shipping charges.
Defective Merchandise: First Stop Board Barn does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Return Shipping Costs: We will reimburse you for shipping costs if we have sent you the wrong item. If it is the correct item that you ordered, but you still wish to do a return, you must cover the cost of shipping. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.s on return items. In the case of a manufacturer defect / warranty issue, the buyer is responsible for the freight back to First Stop Board Barn and we will ship the repaired or replaced product back to you at our expense.
Returning A Package: Before returning a package, simply call us and request a return authorization number. Monday thru Friday 9-6 (EST). No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached.

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. The manufacturer’s box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. DO NOT SHIP IN THE MANUFACTURERS BOX! For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable from of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit back to First Stop Board Barn.
Write the Return Authorization number (given by First Stop Board Barn) on the outside of the shipping box with a marker.
