Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Wales.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours after the order has been received. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the order has been shipped out.

How Long Does An International Shipment Take?

Transit times for international shipment vary but typically 5-10 business days.
You will receive a list of shipping services with the cost & amount of time it will take for your gear to be delivered. Please keep in mind that these charges DO NOT include duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country.

Burton International Orders:

Due to our contract with Burton, we are unable to ship Burton products outside of the US. If you attempt to order one of these brands and have it shipped outside the US, we will contact you and cancel the order. However, it is fine to purchase Burton products with an international credit card and have the product shipped to a US address.

International Shipping Requirements:

Your shipping and billing addresses must be the same. You’ll need to fax your credit card statement, which contains your billing address to the following number +1 802 422 9035.

Import Duties and Taxes:

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

Restrictions:

First Stop Board Barn will not ship an order internationally if a manufacturer has restrictions for shipping items outside of the US. We will notify you and cancel the order if you try to order a restricted item. Please note, all international order sales are final and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
